New collaboration between Wrangler and Happy Socks brings a Western twist to everyday essentials
GREENSBORO, N.C. and STOCKHOLM (Oct. 29, 2024) –– Global denim brand Wrangler® announced the launch of a collaboration with premium sock brand Happy Socks, a bold and playful take on Western style.
With the Western lifestyle continuing to influence fashion and culture, the Wrangler x Happy Socks collection adds color and joy, reminiscent of ostentatious ‘60s and ‘70s Western wear, to the look. Fun and creativity meet heritage and authenticity in a denim jacket and tees.
Socks that rock – whether a bright flash under a cowboy boot or an eye-catching statement below cropped denim – complete a head-to-toe Western inspired look.
Set to release on Oct. 29, the limited-edition collection features a bright colorblock denim jacket. A bold graphic decorates the interior, taking psychedelic inspiration from Western sunsets over rugged landscapes, and featuring imagery including stars and desert roses.
A reinterpretation of the graphic covers the back of a white tee, with a stylised rose-and-star print on long sleeves. Echoes of this artwork, alongside inspiration from Western stitching and flame motifs, elevates black and white tees.
Six pairs of cotton socks, inspired by Western iconography and Wrangler denim, are crafted in a wild riot of colour. The sunset-inspired graphic is a tribute to the big skies and adventurous spirit of the West, flames blaze across ankles, and a “denim” sock celebrates the iconic detailing of Wrangler jeans. Rhinestones adorn one pair, evoking the dazzle of country superstars.
The socks are also available in a three-pack Wild West set and a six-pack Rodeo Days set, ideal for holiday gifting.
