Ralph Lauren Unveils U.S. Team Uniforms and a Collection for Ryder Cup

Ralph Lauren is once again ensuring American golfers look sharp on the green during one of the sport’s most celebrated competitions.

The American fashion house has returned as the official outfitter of the United States Ryder Cup team for the seventh time, meaning it will dress the nation’s top players for the tournament on Long Island, New York, this September.

Taking place at the historic Bethpage Black Golf Course in Farmingdale, the 45th Ryder Cup will see the U.S. face off against Europe in the biennial men’s golf tournament from September 26 to 28. Ralph Lauren will provide the U.S. team with uniforms, outerwear, and tailored clothing to be worn during the opening ceremony, welcome dinner, and the competition itself. The label will also dress all caddies, spouses, and partners of the U.S. Team.

Ralph Lauren is adept at weaving together sport and style, designing Team USA’s uniforms for the Olympics and Paralympics, outfitting the on-court staff for the U.S. Open, and dressing the  officials at the Australian Open. It first began outfitting golfers for the Ryder Cup in 2018. The new on-course collection for 2025 once again combines a patriotic palette of red, white, and blue with innovative performance fabrics and classic silhouettes.

To ensure comfort in varying conditions, the uniforms comprise several pieces that can be layered or removed depending on the weather. Think wind-resistant jackets, cashmere hoodies, and technical vests. Each garment is engineered to meet the demands of play: Moisture-wicking technology and breathable fabrics keep the athletes cool and dry, while technical stretch allows them to move freely.

The label has also dropped a new line of golf attire inspired by the uniforms of the Cup. Designed for both men and women, the commemorative collection captures the spirit of the tournament and can be worn on or off the green. Standout pieces include a Tour-style satin jacket with embroidered golfing motifs, a bold tee that allows you to be the unofficial “13th player” on the team, and a hooded t-shirt featuring the iconic Polo Bear in the U.S. uniform on Bethpage Black.
