This spring, fine jewelry brand Dukachi introduces a new capsule collection: “Easter. A Reimagining” — drawing inspiration from the enduring tradition of symbolic pastries.
Across Europe, Easter pastries carry meaning beyond taste. From Ukrainian Paska and Kalach to France’s braided Brioche de Pâques, Italy’s dove-shaped Colomba and Spain’s egg-topped Mona de Pascua, these seasonal forms reflect rituals of renewal, celebration, and continuity.
Dukachi translates these shapes into two refined pendants: one with a gently domed, cylindrical form reminiscent of a traditional panettone, the other shaped as a braided wreath.
Each piece is handcrafted in 14K gold, finished with hand-applied enamel, sapphires, and diamonds. These pendants are designed as keepsakes that hold personal meaning and evoke a sense of warmth, memory, and belonging.
For the campaign, Dukachi created a visual story set in an artisanal bakery, exploring the connection between baking and jewelry-making. Enamel is layered and fired much like glaze on a pastry; stones are set with the same care as a hand-shaped pastry. Both crafts depend on precision, patience, and experience.
“Easter Reimagining” brings together form, tradition, and technique — creating jewelry that speaks to heritage through contemporary design.
