Beyoncé added a dose of high jewelry to a plunging floral top and high-slit fringe skirt for Jay-Z’s Los Angeles concert. The 45-year-old star wore a diamond and gemstone Messika necklace centered on a 10.74-carat spinel. Alongside Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Tina Knowles, and Blue Ivy, she attended the Jay-Z 30 show at SoFi Stadium.
Beyonce adds Messika jewelry to plunging top and high-slit skirt for Jay-Z’s show
Beyonce’s necklace is from Messika’s Terres de Contrastes High Jewelry collection. Both are centered on a 10.74-carat spinel. In terms of craftsmanship, the collar consists of graduated oval links. Messika’s design sketch shows how these oval links grow larger toward the front of the necklace. Additionally, artisans covered each link in snow-set diamonds. Pink spinels, blue sapphires, and tanzanites sit inside the ovals, so that the stones shift from warm pink to cool blue as the collar curves around the neck.
Messika says the design captures the twilight over Botswana. The shift in color mirrors the sky moving from warmth to night. The largest spinel sits at the center of the collar. It is framed by diamonds and flanked by smaller ovals. The spinel is the star of the piece.
The collar sat just above the plunging neckline of her blouse. The sparkle filled the open space at her chest. Messika’s own photos show the necklace with stones in deep pink, blue and violet.
Her top was a Roberto Cavalli silk blouse from the Spring/Summer 2027 collection. The orchid print mixes pink, off-white, green and yellow. A plunging V-neckline and feathery fringe at the collar and cuffs gave the top a playful feel.
Her emerald green skirt is covered in beaded, sequined fringe over a sheer base. A slit climbs high up her leg. The pink and purple stones in the necklace echoed the colors in the blouse.
She wore Krewe sunglasses and leopard-print pointed pumps. Her honey-blonde curls were big and voluminous, with gold glitter on her eyes. Ty Hunter styled the look.
Beyoncé attended the show on Friday night. Jay-Z is celebrating 30 years since his debut album, Reasonable Doubt, with the Jay-Z 30 concerts.
