HMD’s Phonecore range is full of over-the-top smartphone-inspired accessories and it dropped in partnership with fashion designer Sinead Gorey during London Fashion Week. “With the HMD Pulse Pro acting as the muse to my designs, our Phonecore collection perfectly demonstrates the coming together of tech and fashion,” described Gorey, “Each accessory boasts a 70s space-age future feeling with art-deco references and modern technology at its heart.”
Unlike smart glasses, the Phonecore eyewear design was created to be more statement-making than functional. However, these accessories will be available in limited quantities to style seekers around the world. Alongside the attention-grabbing glasses, HMD and Sinead Gorey unveiled a belt in a matching color that resembles a wearable toolkit and a 3D-printed backpack that is only large enough to carry a smartphone.
