Olaolu Slawn is the latest to join forces with Rolex to create his own creative take on a premium timepiece. He highlights one of the watchmaker’s most famous watches: the Datejust. In the collaboration teaser online, Lil Yachty voices the campaign noting that the Rolex Date Just watch gets “touched up and down by that boy Slawn.”
The most notable visual on the watch is spotlighted by the neat dial which is adorned in the designer’s recognizable art style. It has a lustrous coating and balances elegance with an artful approach. The collaborative watch will be launched as a limited edition iteration. This means that only ten pieces were made in total and Slawn has encouraged fans to sign up online prior to the launch dated June 25th.
