Crocs™, a world leader in innovative casual footwear, today announces a collaborative capsule with global sportswear brand Umbro. Combining both brands’ signatures across a curated selection of footwear styles, the partnership joins the dots between streetstyle, sportwear and football.
The collaboration features two silhouettes which intertwine design markers recognisable from classic Umbro styles – including the brand’s iconic Drill Top and Speciali football boot – with Crocs’ instantly recognisable Classic Clogs. The Umbro Crafted Clog introduces a quilted washed textile upper and updates it with the addition of Umbro’s iconic Double Diamond motif and a faux tongue emblazoned with the Umbro brand name in an archival typeface. Both brands’ logos feature on the backstrap, with Jibbitz™ charms-ready holes ready to carry the collab’s exclusive charms.

The second collab style is the Umbro Classic Clog which combines the original Crocs icon with Umbro’s football boot design signatures. Featuring a detachable lace cover, carrying the Umbro logo and with holes for Jibbitz™ charms, as well as an all-over tonal logo print and large embossed Double Diamond on the lateral side, the Umbro Classic Clog is the perfect off-pitch footwear choice for trend-savvy football lovers. The style is finished with unique football-inspired Jibbitz charms, including a miniature whistle, red and yellow cards, and football club crest.
The collection’s campaign underlines the playful spirit of both brands. Featuring football content creators Abdi Shuffle and Nafisa Ahmed, the campaign follows Abdi’s pre-matchprep and the quirky rituals followed by so many players of the Beautiful Game. The deadpan delivery and sense of British humour are distinctly Umbro, whilst the playful footwear can only be Crocs.

Launching on 8th May, the collection will be available to purchase at crocs.co.uk and umbro.co.uk, as well as via selected retail partners. As part of the launch for the collaboration, Crocs, Umbro and size? are planning an experiential fan activation in Manchester, the home of both Umbro and size?.
